Sales and CONSULTATION is done from five service centres: Cape Town (A), Port Elizabeth (B), Pietermaritzburg (C), Pretoria (D) and Bloemfontein (E). These centres are staffed with sales and administrative people. In addition 16 (1–16) semen sales consultants are spread throughout the Republic to generate sales through farm visits on a one-on-one basis. Taurus also has 5 milk recording consultans in our service. The lifeline of do-it-yourself AI is a constant supply of liquid Nitrogen to farming communities. This is done on a five-weekly basis by visiting 200 towns with a liquid nitrogen delivery truck on a pre-determined roster. We are also the major suppliers of AI consumables and containers.
